01 / PART REFERENCES & PHOTOSStart with the filter
you already have.
A readable reference is a useful starting point. Copy every letter, number and suffix from the existing filter or its packaging. If the marking is incomplete, send a photo rather than guessing the missing characters.
Three useful photo views
VIEW 01Label or markingKeep the full reference and brand marking in focus. Include a second photo if the text wraps around the body.
VIEW 02Complete filterShow the full item and its general form, with the ends visible where safely accessible.
VIEW 03Connections & sealsShare an existing view of the mounting end, opening, seal or bowl. These details help explain the request.
What to add to your message
- The equipment brand and machine model, if known.
- Where the filter is used: engine oil, fuel, air intake, hydraulics or fuel water separation.
- Quantity for this reference and your destination.
- Any dimensions or connection information you already have. Keep the units with each measurement.
A similar appearance is a starting point for discussion. Thread, seal, dimensions, filtration requirements and application still need to be checked for the quoted item. Do not dismantle equipment just to take inquiry photos.
Email your filter photos ↗Attach photos in your email app. Include your part reference in the message so the pictures can be connected with the right item.
02 / WHEN THE PART NUMBER IS UNKNOWNInquire by the machine.
For a SANY equipment inquiry, send the available identification details and tell us which filter position you need. A machine model starts the conversation; the requested configuration and part reference still need to be checked.
| Information | What to share |
|---|
| Machine | Brand, full model designation and serial number, if available. |
|---|
| Engine | Engine model or a readable existing identification-plate photo, if known. |
|---|
| Filter position | The system or position in question. Tell us whether you need an element, an assembly, a bowl or another component. |
|---|
| Existing item | Old reference, markings, packaging or photos that may help identify the requested part. |
|---|
| Buying requirements | Quantity, genuine or replacement preference and destination. |
|---|
If you are unsure of a field, mark it “to confirm.” We can discuss what additional information is needed before preparing a specific offer.
Our current sourcing focus is SANY equipment filters. Other equipment requests are reviewed individually. A request does not confirm compatibility or availability.

03 / SEVERAL PARTS, ONE REQUESTBuild a list that can
be checked item by item.
Use one row for each part reference and give its quantity. Several oil filters with different references should be separate rows. If you are requesting filters for more than one machine, keep the machine information with each row.
- Identify the item. Add the filter family and part reference, or the available machine details when the reference is unknown.
- State the quantity. Give a quantity for each line. Explain whether it is the total required or the quantity per machine.
- Choose a supply preference. Genuine only, replacement only, or both options where available. Different lines can have different preferences.
- Connect your photos. Name the photo or add a short note so we can see which row it belongs to.
- Add the destination. Include the country and city or receiving port. Tell us about packing or transport requirements you already know.

Send your existing list. You do not need to copy it into our template or complete the website form. The template is an optional way to organize a new request. Service intervals and replacement procedures should follow the relevant equipment documentation.
04 / BEFORE CONFIRMING AN ORDERReview the details
behind each quoted line.
Check the item reference and description alongside the stated supply type. Genuine and replacement options should be identified separately. Ask for current item photos and clarify any reference, seal, connection or packaging information that is still uncertain.
- Quoted manufacturer or sourcing brand, part reference and specification.
- Quantity, minimum order requirements where applicable, unit price and currency.
- Availability, lead time, packing and the agreed shipping arrangements.
- Payment terms and payment milestones for the individual order.
Initial orders use T/T. The payment milestones are confirmed in the quotation; a fixed advance-payment percentage is not stated by this guide.
